Article 1 – Definitions

  1. Time for consideration– the time in which the customer can make use of its return right.
  2. CTI – Us the company/website/web shop that you the customer is dealing with
  3. Customer – The person that has placed an order
  4. Product –A item that is/was for sale or is bought

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. This terms and condition apply on all offers, agreements and orders made between a customer and CTI.
  2. Before an accord is made between CTI and a customer the customer should be made aware that there are terms and conditions. If it is reasonably not possible to show the terms and conditions the customers should be made aware where to find the terms and conditions.
  3. If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or become void, the rest of the agreement and these terms and conditions will remain in force and the provision in question will be replaced without delay by a provision that as much as possible of the original.
  4. Situations that are not regulated in these terms and conditions must be assessed “in the spirit” of these terms and conditions.
  5. Uncertainties about the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions must be explained “in the spirit” of these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – The offering

  1. CTI can change the offering at any time, products can be changed, removed or added at any time without giving a customer or potential customer a heads notice.
  2. Every product should contain an accurate description of the product so that it is possible to make a good estimation of the product. If the product has a picture CTI should make the images truthful to the product.

Article 4 – The agreement

  1. The agreement is valid when the customer has placed an order with CTI.

Article 5 – Orders

  1. All orders are binding. When a customer placed an order cannot be undone by the customer. If for some reason CTI decides to cancel the order they will refund the money within 15 days of cancelling the order
  2. There is no Time for considerations on colored items (Everything except black), all colored products of CTI are custom made to order unless otherwise mentioned. Meaning that all orders are final and returning a product is not possible.
  3. When a product is not custom made to order there is a 14 days’ time for consideration. In this case the customer is not obligated to give a reason for returning a product. The product should be returned in a new like condition or CTI is not obligated to refund the order. The Shipping price for returning the product should be paid by the customer. The price of shipping the product to the costumer will not be refunded. The risk of shipping is for the customer.

Article 6 – Shipping

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable, there are absolutely no exceptions.
  2. If a shipment is deemed as not deliverable and returned to us, the additional return shipping fees charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the amount we are able to refund.
  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any local restrictions concerning the products being purchased.
  4. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left our warehouse.
  5. We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country’s customs and are not eligible for any refunds.
  6. By purchasing products from CTI you agree that you are responsible for any and all additional fees related to, but not limited to, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, etc.
  7. Any package(s) with tracking stating the item was delivered as addressed shall be assumed to be properly handled and delivered by whatever carrier service was last in possession of it.
  8. Any lost or missing package claims where tracking states that the package was delivered must be handled by the customer and their local carrier service(s).
  9. International return shipping costs, including any import/export fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 – Payment

  1. A payment should be completed before CTI is obligated to send/order anything for a costumer.
  2. when for some reason the money is not received by CTI this is in no way the fault of CTI and should be resolved by the (Potential) costumer.

Article 8 – Warranty

  1. Our products have a warranty of 6 months unless otherwise specified. Meaning that if the product breaks without fault of the customer CTI will refund/replace the product.
  2. Products that need a donor item don’t have a warranty unless we assemble the item with a donor item.
  3. CTI will ask for proof of a broken product and could always ask to view the item. In this case the customer has to send the item to CTI for inspection. This shipping will be paid by the customer.
  4.  If CTI decides that a broken/malfunctioning product is not the fault of CTI, CTI will not offer a refund or a replacement product. The shipping for sending the product to CTI and back to the custommer if requested will be paid by the customer.
  5. If CTI decides the broken/malfunctioning product is the fault of CTI, CTI will refund the shipping cost of 6.3.
  6. If a product is fitted/ modified in any way the warranty will be voided.
  7. The products warranty will also be voided by (but not limited to) the following signs: Droppings, Wrong use, modifications, signs of heavy use, repairs done by someone other than CTI.

Article 9 – Repairs

  1. repairs doen by annyone else besides CTI will void the warrenty.
  2. CTI Can offer a repair if a item is not in warrenty or if the customer has voided the warrenty as mentioned in 6.7.
  3. The cost for a repair should always be communicated to the customer and accepted before doing the repair.This can be done by email, Whatsapp or trough a call or even face-to-face.
